What the Fees Cover

The fees cover the cost of tuition, board and lodging during the duration of the course
(January to graduation in December). In detail they cover:
  • Food for all meals (except during holiday breaks)
  • Internal rental costs for the use of accommodation and lecturing facilities § Travel costs – to and from lectures and for any organised activities or outreach events that take place within South Africa
  • All resources, DVD’s, musical instruments, technical equipment, etc, used for lectures
  • General upkeep of the residential properties
  • Contribution towards the running of the administration office

In addition to the above you should allow some money for personal expenses such as
toiletries, telephone usage and leisure.

Explanation of Fees & Subsidisation:

We grant subsidy to students from Developing Nations:
(Afghanistan, Angola, Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Congo, Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, …).

Students from First World Nations will pay standard fees.

(Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA,…)
However those students from First World Nations who feel they cannot afford the standard fees can apply for subsidisation.


Payments:

All fees are payable in SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS only. Fees can be paid by cheque, however direct bank transfer is preferred. The banking details are as follows:
